This inspiring program, offered by The Ninety-Nines Museum of Women Pilots, features Gene Nora Jessen and Wally Funk, and is hosted by Janet Ivey of the Emmy Award-winning PBS series "Janet's Planet." Col. Eileen Collins (USAF ret.) will be the keynote speaker and Alyssa Carson, the 19-year-old who has worked endlessly towards being an astronaut since the age of three, shares her inspirational story.

The 99s Museum of Women Pilots is selling a Mercury 13 celebration commemorative patch. Tim Gagnon, NASA crew patch designer, created a special patch that includes images of Mercury-era, Space Shuttle-era woman astronaut and astrological symbol for Mercury. The New Mexico state outline pays homage to the Lovelace Clinic in Albuquerque, NM where testing was performed during 1960-1961. Purchases can be made at Eventbrite.com. Delivery is at the end of March.

On display at the John Wayne Airport are 99s Museum of Women Pilots aviation memorabilia and historical artifacts dating back to the early 1900's. Learn about women pilots from the early years of aviation. The exhibit is on view from June 2020 to March 2021.

Visitors have enjoyed the Penny Nagy Youth Education Center (PNYEC) since it opened in 2019. The PNYEC is an Interactive learning experience for everyone at the museum.
