Women Pilots

Deanie Perrish joined the WASP program at age 21. After World War II, she served the medical field as a hospital volunteer. Perrish dedicated her life to get the women of the WASP program the credit they deserved for their service in WWII. Her efforts payed off and in 2010, Perrish accepted the Congressional Gold Medal for all 1,074 WASP members.
